Opt in for Social Media: Lancashire Spitfires GC can be found on Facebook and Instagram. Please tick this box if you GIVE PERMISSION for your child to be featured in photographs and social media posts

I acknowledge the following: Lancashire Spitfires GC will provide a full match day strip containing shirt, shorts and socks per player. This is the responsibility of the player/parent, if lost you are responsible for the cost of £35. Should you decide to leave LSGC, this kit is to be returned to us.

I as a parent also agree to attend an Adults in Football course put on by Lancashire Spitfires GC at my earliest convenience. Dates to be arranged.
